Nestled in the embrace of the renowned Penn Cove on enchanting Whidbey Island, Penn Cove Manor offers a sprawling estate setting that unfolds like a living tapestry.
Just a scenic 2-hour drive from downtown Seattle, our sanctuary boasts enchanting gardens, meandering wooded trails, expansive lawns, and tranquil ponds. For your convenience and comfort, we provide 4 charming rooms and a one bedroom cottage for overnight stays, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your cherished guests.

Picture setting up elegant tents for a magical glamping weekend or enchanting celebrations. Consider renting the main house or cottage for a rejuvenating retreat experience. Or perhaps, envision the perfect intimate elopement ceremony unfolding amidst this picturesque setting.

Outdoor space: Given the property's beautiful waterfront location with fruit trees, ponds, and forest trails, you could plan an outdoor event spaces for gatherings such as:
· Garden Party/Birthday Parties: Set up tables and chairs among the fruit trees or by the ponds for a picturesque garden party.
· Nature Retreat: Utilize the forest trails and waterfront views for nature walks, meditation spots, or yoga sessions.
Indoor Venue: The fully furnished and decorated home can also serve as an indoor venue for various events:
· Small Gatherings: The living and dining rooms can accommodate small gatherings, dinners, or cooking classes.
· Workshops or Retreats: Use the cozy setting for workshops, retreats, or team-building sessions, taking advantage of the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
Special Events: We are offering the venue for specific occasions or themes:

Extended Stay Options: Since we have an extended stay rental, we could offer packages for longer-term guests, such as:
· Weekly Retreats: Invite guests to stay for a Week-long retreat, taking advantage of the serene surroundings for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Cottage $350/night
Balcony Room $260/night

All rooms include your own private bathroom and a small kitchenette
except the Water View Room.
Water View Room $125/night
To rent out all of the rooms including the cottage we offer a discounted rate of $800/night.
If you book one of our Elopement packages and all the guest rooms, we offer you a 20% discount off the regular lodging price. ($660/night) The elopement package itself is not discounted.
Check-in is at 1pm and check-out is at 11am.

Alcohol:
We allow champagne, 2 signature cocktails, beer, and wine. We require an approved licensed bartender.
Catering:
We believe flexibility with caterers helps to make the perfect event.
You may use the caterer of your choice.
Rehearsals:
We offer a free two-hour rehearsal any day except when there is another event.
Planner:
We require an experienced day of planner who is not in the wedding party.
Hours:
The venue rental period is from 10am to 10pm, bar must close at 9:00.
Music:
Music needs to be kept at a reasonable volume at all times. Music must be terminated by 9:30 pm outdoors.
Weather:
Sometimes we have inclement weather, so we recommend a tent to accommodate your reception.
Clean up:
Penn Cove Manor will provide garbage cans, garbage bags and recycle bins for cleanup. The renter is responsible for removing all personal items and decorations before vacating.
